Welcome Reception
Mr. Hak Chan, Chair of the Organising Committee welcomes all participants to the Welcome Reception.	Ms. Winnie Shiu, Congress Director and Prof. Stig Enemark, FIG President at the Welcome Reception.
Mr. Matt Higgins, FIG Vice President, introduces Working Group Chairs of the ten FIG Commissions.	German and UK delegates at the Welcome Reception.

Mr. Johan Vanvolsem (in the middle) has attended FIG meeting for 30 years - the meeting in Hong Kong was his last as official delegate.	T.N. Wong Senior Advisor the LOC was very happy on the outcome of the conference.
